Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

To start a return:

1. Contact Homfy within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
   
2. Share your order number and the reason for return.
   
3. You will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label.
   
4. Send the item back in its original packaging.
   
5. Your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or washed items
• Items not in original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer use
• Custom or made-to-order items (non-standard sizes or colors)

Yes. For defective items or significant quality issues, we usually offer a direct exchange or replacement instead of a refund.

Please contact us, and we’ll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
