We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

To start a return: 1. Contact Homfy within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email. 2. Share your order number and the reason for return. 3. You will receive return instructions and a prepaid return label. 4. Send the item back in its original packaging. 5. Your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.

The following items cannot be returned: - Used or washed items - Items not in original packaging - Items damaged due to customer use - Custom or made-to-order items (non-standard sizes or colors)

Yes. For defective items or significant quality issues, we usually offer a direct exchange or replacement instead of a refund. Please contact us, and we’ll arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
